Results of our customer satisfaction surveyFeb 1, 2019
Traduct carried out a customer satisfaction survey in October 2018, where we asked our customers what they consider to be the most important aspects of translations services and how happy they are with the quality of our services.
Many of our customers answered the survey, and we had a response rate of 21 per cent. We thank everyone who took part in the survey. Alongside positive feedback, we also received some constructive comments and proposals, which we intend to take into account in our operations.
Customer feedback is crucial when it comes to improving our services, and although the customer satisfaction is over, we are always open to receiving feedback. If you are particularly pleased about something or if you have an issue about something, don’t hesitate to contact us.
We received a score of 9 out of 10 for overall satisfaction, which was a nice way to end 2018. There is always room for improvement, however, and the feedback we received from our customers will help us to be even better as we head into 2019.
