Results of our new customer satisfaction survey

In February–March, Traduct carried out a new customer satisfaction survey for 2020, where we asked our customers what they consider to be the most important aspects of translation services and how happy they are with the quality of our services.

Many of our customers answered the survey, and we had a response rate of 21 per cent. We thank everyone who took part in the survey. Alongside positive feedback, we also received some constructive comments and proposals, which we intend to take into account in our operations.

Customer feedback is crucial when it comes to improving our services, and although the customer satisfaction survey is over, we are always open to receiving feedback. If you are particularly pleased about something or if you have an issue about something, don’t hesitate to contact us.

We received a score of 9.03 out of 10 for overall satisfaction. This result was slightly higher than in the previous survey, when we received a score of 9. We aim to build on this positive momentum!
